The individual parameters at a glance:

Setting	Description
enabled	Activates the availability of the format in the OAI-PMH interface. Default value is false.
hitsPerToken	The maximum number of records Solr can return for a request (page/token). This value overrides the global default value hitsPerToken (see chapter 4.1.1.10) for this metadata format. If no value is defined here, the global value is used.
setSpec	Configuration of index fields whose values are used for setSpec elements of OAI records. One field element is used for each field configuration, and one setSpec element is generated for each value found.
providerField	Solr Field from which the value for the mandatory element <europeana:provider> is taken.
dataProviderField	Solr Field from which the value for the mandatory element <europeana:dataProvider> is taken.
defaultProvider	Value to be written to the mandatory elements <europeana:provider> and <europeana:dataProvider> if the configured Solr fields do not return a corresponding value.
rightsField	Solr Field from which the value for the mandatory element <europeana:rights> is taken.
defaultRightsUrl	Value to be written to the mandatory element<europeana:rights> if the configured Solr field does not return a corresponding value.
types	Here you can map values for the mandatory element <europeana:type> for structure types that are in the Solr field DC in the index. A <docstruct> element is defined for each structure type. The name of the structure type is in the attribute name, the corresponding ESE mapping is in the attribute type. The following values are allowed: TEXT, IMAGE, SOUND, VIDEO, 3D. If no mapping exists for a structure type, TEXT is used.
